One of these projects, is the Excelsa Centre in Golden Sands, Pāpāmoa. This mixed-use development is one of the largest and newest seaside developments in Bay of Plenty, and boasts stunning sea-views. The Excelsa Centre acts as a vibrant hub for the coastal belt, by providing a range of outlets including health & beauty, dining, supermarket, office, retail, cinema and veterinary services.

The most comprehensive development projects Bluehaven Group will undertake is the future Town Centre, "The Sands". Located within Golden Sands, Pāpāmoa, this Town Centre will be one of the significant and far reaching commercial hubs in the Bay of Plenty on completion. With a variety of commercial, retail, residential, hospitality, visitor accommodation, public services, supermarkets, medical services, community & sporting facilities and much more. We aim to have construction for stage 1 underway by 2022.

We are about to commence the construction of the Whitiora Health Centre, located on The Boulevard, in Golden Sands, now that the consenting and leasing has been completed. This centre will provide much sought-after health services to our growing community. The project is scheduled to be completed and open by mid-2022.

Bluehaven Group has recently completed the acquisition, master-planning and consenting of a new development site in Devon Road, New Plymouth. This 7-hectare site is planned for an assortment of commercial activities including large format retail, DIY, specialty retail, restaurant/café operations, a cinema, visitor accommodation and offices. The demolition of the historical building are now complete. The civil work components are almost finished and scheduled to be complete by 2021, as we prepare the site for future leasing and development.
