Nathan York

CEO
Nathan has extensive senior management and governance experience with a number of private and public entities. He will be applying this career knowledge for the ongoing growth and evolution of the Bluehaven Group. Nathan has also enjoyed the successful delivery of nationally recognised development projects and with his team, is aiming for more success.

Jade Murphy

CFO
Jade’s role as Chief Financial Officer involves managing the finance and associated activities of the Bluehaven Group. Jade has over 15 years’ experience in finance and property, gained more recently from roles in public and private property companies.

Rod Bailey

Development Management
Rod brings a broad range of skills to his role as Development Manager for Bluehaven Group. With significant involvement in residential, commercial, and advisory projects, he possesses a solid understanding of integrated end to end development projects. Rod particularly enjoys front end challenges involved in site identification, due diligence, master planning/concept design, feasibility and ultimately proof of concept validation.

Simon Paduch

Residential Sales and Marketing
Simon initiates and manages the sales process for Bluehaven Group’s residential sales and other JV partnerships, maintains relationships with key external stakeholders, including group home builders and their sales consultants, oversees the design control process and covenant implementation for the Golden Sands development, as well as progresses the marketing strategies in conjunction with Bluehaven Group’s appointed agencies. He also provides strategic advice to Bluehaven Group’s executive team regarding market conditions and demand.

Frank Szabo

Property Management
Frank is responsible for managing and overseeing operations at properties owned by Bluehaven Group including commercial retail spaces and residential lifestyle villages. He gained his experience from roles in overseas public companies as well as having been the founder of his property company. Frank is also responsible for implementing and monitoring the Occupational Health and Safety policies and procedures of the company including job safety of employees, contractors, and visitors.

Marisa Hyne

Financial Controller
Marisa is responsible for overseeing the day to day accounting function of Bluehaven Group including internal and external reporting, cashflow forecasting and taxation compliance. With over 15 years’ experience in the property industry, Marisa supports the CFO with her extensive background in taxation and reporting, ensuring the successful delivery of our developments.

Our Board of Directors

Carlos da Silva (Chairman), David Livingstone , Mike Livingstone, Brian Stevenson, Colin Stevenson and David Latham represent Bluehaven Group from a Governance and Shareholder perspective.

We also continue to have one eye on the future and have recently established a succession strategy, with participation of the next generation of each Shareholder at the Board level, and a summer intern programme to facilitate a deeper knowledge of the people and business operations of Bluehaven Group.
