Established in 1993, Bluehaven Group have grown to become one of the largest land and property development companies in Tauranga and the Bay of Plenty region. New Zealand owned and operated, Bluehaven Group has a strong Management team and Board governance to execute its business strategies.
Based in Pāpāmoa, Bluehaven Group manages the entire development process - from acquisition of land, master & concept planning, financial analysis, local council approvals, leasing, construction delivery, sales, marketing and property management.
Bluehaven Group control significant land holdings in the Pāpāmoa East area of Tauranga, known as Golden Sands. This location is our primary land and property development area, where we have a vision to deliver a thriving and sustainable community, including The Sands, for existing and future generations.
Outside of the Bay of Plenty, Bluehaven Group have recently expanded its interests and is also working on a large scale residential project at Te Kowhai in the Waikato.

The Golden Sands area in Pāpāmoa is blessed with an abundance of natural beauty including 16 kilometres of uncrowded, pristine coastline with Pāpāmoa Beach, the natural beauty of the Wairakei Stream recreational reserve area, and the stunning Te Rae-o-Pāpāmoa (Pāpāmoa Hills Regional Park) overlooking it all.

Giving Back
As a Tauranga-based land and property developer, we are aware of the importance of contributing to a sustainable community, and are mindful of how we can give back. Through local sponsorship and donations, we have chosen to focus on the growth and well-being of our people, particularly children and youth.
Recent sponsorships and donations have benefited Pāpāmoa Rugby, the ‘I am Hope’ Foundation, Waipuna Hospice and the Pāpāmoa Food Hub. We have also joined the Pāpāmoa Rotary Club efforts to invest in youth development.
Previous sponsorship and donations have gone to the Golden Sands Primary School in Pāpāmoa, cycling safety for kids and local swim schools teaching water safety. Bluehaven Group has also supported the Pāpāmoa Surf Lifesaving Club and the development of future lifeguards.
