Excelsa Centre
One of these projects, is the Excelsa Centre in Golden Sands, Pāpāmoa. This mixed-use development is one of the largest and newest seaside developments in Bay of Plenty, and boasts stunning sea-views. The Excelsa Centre acts as a vibrant hub for the coastal belt, by providing a range of outlets including health & beauty, dining, supermarket, office, retail, cinema and veterinary services.
The Sands Town Centre
The most comprehensive development project Bluehaven Group will undertake is the future Town Centre, “The Sands”. Located within Golden Sands, Pāpāmoa, this new billion-dollar Town Centre will be one of the significant and far reaching commercial hubs in the Bay of Plenty on completion. With a variety of commercial, retail, residential, hospitality, visitor accommodation, public services, supermarkets, medical services, community & sporting facilities and much more.
Bluehaven Group are excited to announce a New World supermarket will be the first tenant in The Sands Town Centre. Opening by Christmas 2024, construction is well underway on Stage 1 of the Town Centre with the locally owned and operated New World becoming an essential destination for our flourishing Golden Sands community here in Pāpāmoa East.
In addition to the New World supermarket, in the neighbouring building we are excited to have a mix of outlets with construction well underway including food and beverage, health and beauty services which are also to be opening by Christmas 2024.
Whitiora Health Centre
Whitiora Health Centre opened in 2022 and is a much-needed health service hub for the growing Papamoa East community. Whitiroa Health Centre provides a range of services including a medical centre, pharmacy, physio services and a coffee shop.
